1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items should be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Certain personal-use items (e.g., fishing tackle, sleeping bags, hydration packs) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact support with your order details.

  2. Receive a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the provided address.

3. Refunds

  • Once inspected, refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered if items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Exchange fulfillment is subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Used items not covered by warranty or manufacturing defects.
